In some cases we need to disable Windows Defender for Some Reason
Something like if we are performing Penetration Testing with Exploits or Trojans ..
Windows Defender Detects it and Remove it From the System OR
If you prefer to use a third party Anti-Malware app than you might want to disable Windows Defender

How to Disable Windows Defender Using Registry File At One Click
Step 1 :
Open a Text Editor Notepad and Type or Copy/Paste this code
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender]
"DisableAntiSpyware"=dword:00000001
Step 2 :
Save it as All Files
and
Name it : Turn_OFF_Defender.reg
Step 3 :
Now, if you double click on your "Turn_OFF_Defender.reg" file, you'll be prompted to confirm that you want to add the information in it into the registry. Click OK on that, and you're done.
Now the next time you try to load Windows Defender, you’ll see the following error message saying it’s been turned off.
To Re-enable Defender
Step 1 :
Open a Text Editor Notepad and Type or Copy/Paste this code

Step 2 :
